  Why do I always get mail that is not mine while my mail goes to other people? And why does the post office have a phone number if they refuse to answer the phone? My carrier is very nice and pleasant but I really wish I could get MY mail in MY box. I'm tired of strangers showing up at my house with my mail. This happens to my neighbors as well. I had someone's Concealed Carry card show up at my house. There was enough info on there for me to steal the identity of that person. Very concerning. If receiving your mail is important to you, I suggest you do NOT move to Coal City, IL. Get it together CCPO!
